Terms and Conditions for MyPackraft.no

NB! We only ship to addresses in Norway.

This purchase is governed by the standard terms and conditions of sale for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet set out below. MyPackraft.no complies with Norwegian legislation, including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, and the E-commerce Act, which ensure you, as a customer, non-derogable rights.

1. The Agreement

The agreement consists of the information provided in the ordering solution, the order confirmation, and these terms and conditions of sale. A binding purchase agreement can only be entered into with persons over 18 years of age.

3. Prices and Specialist Equipment

All prices in the online store are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT. The total cost of the purchase, including shipping and any fees, will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors caused by technical faults.

4. Formation of Agreement and Stock Availability

The agreement is binding once your order has been received in our system. As a specialist store for packrafts from brands such as Anfibio, we reserve the right for items to be out of stock during peak season. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately with information about expected delivery time or suggestions for alternative models.

5. Payment and Security

We use secure payment solutions integrated via Shopify (Vipps, Klarna, credit card). When paying by card, the amount is reserved upon order and charged when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

Uncollected packages: For packages not collected within the deadline at the delivery point, a fee of NOK 199 will be incurred. This covers our actual costs for return shipping and handling of voluminous equipment.

6. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 3–5 business days throughout Norway. We strive for fast processing so that you get your equipment ready for your next expedition. The risk for the item passes to the buyer when the item is taken over.

7. Right of Withdrawal and 28-day Open Purchase Policy

The buyer can cancel the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (14 days). To provide you with extra security when investing in a packraft, MyPackraft offers a total of 28 days of open purchase.

  • Notification of exercising the right of withdrawal must be given in writing to admin@mypackraft.no.

  • The item must be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity.

  • The customer covers the return costs themselves for ordinary use of the right of withdrawal.

8. Package Deals and AOV Protection

If you have purchased a product package (e.g., packraft, paddle, and vest) at a package price, the discount only applies if the entire package is retained. Upon return of individual parts from a package deal, the package discount for the products you keep will be forfeited. The refunded amount will then be adjusted so that the retained items are paid at the regular price.

9. Free Model/Size Exchange

To ensure you get the right equipment for your use, we offer free exchange if you want a different model or size. MyPackraft will then cover the return shipping and send you the new item at no extra cost, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

10. Complaints and Warranty (E-E-A-T)

MyPackraft is proud to sell quality products from Anfibio. We follow the Consumer Purchases Act's complaint rules (2 or 5 years).

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and welded seams.

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to abnormal wear and tear, holes from rocks/sharp objects, or incorrect storage (e.g., moisture).

  • We stock repair kits and can guide you if maintenance is needed.

11. Conflict Resolution

Any disputes shall be attempted to be resolved amicably. The buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation if an agreement is not reached.
